This 1 of 1, 24"x28", piece combines natural oak wood and authentic playing cards distributed to active duty U.S service members during the 2003 Bush led coalition invasion of Iraq. The cards feature Iraqi officials, labeled "War Criminals", and have been refurbished after being recovered from the 2003 coalition's invasion.

The Iraqi non-governmental organization, Iraqiyun, estimated 128,000 deaths from the invasion until July 2005.[32] A July 2005 United Press International (UPI) article states 55 percent of those killed were women, and children aged 12 and under. The figure comes from the chairman of the Iraqiyun humanitarian organization, Dr. Hatim al-Alwani.

United States Armed Forces were issued a set of limited printing "war criminal" playing cards to identify Iraqi officials during the 2003 Iraq War*. According to the International Commission of Jurists (ICJ) in Geneva, the coalition's illegal invasion of Iraq was neither in self-defense against armed attack nor sanctioned by a UN Security Council resolution authorizing the use of force. Thus constituting the crime of 'war of aggression'. To this day no American politician was ever formally tried or prosecuted for this crime.
